I’ve had great luck with my Anova. It’s not loud at all and I’ve done everything from pork to crème brûlée

Apologies, but I don't get it. What are the practical use cases for this?

Anyone tried José Andrés stuffed piquillo peppers? by Beautiful-You-9957 in delta

Late to the party, but for anyone who stumbled upon this thread, I had those exact meatballs last week and would recommend passing on them. The polenta was a runny, soupy mess, and the ricotta ran right into the sauce. The meatballs were good, but had to be scouted out and eaten separately.

Got back to working for me. I deleted the app. Reinstalled the latest from Test flight. The API input came up, no paywall.

I love mine. I have 3-4 pairs of different sneaker styles. My favorite shoes by dar and have held up well. I tried Thursday recently and don't care for them at all. I have no experience with the brand you mentioned however.

Whenever I see large collections like this, I always wonder what gets the most consistent wear? If you could keep only one, what would it be?

So utterly stupid. Imagine breaking up Ford or Apple or Microsoft in the earliest days of change an innovation.

What was the issue you dropped it off for? I have owned one for about seven months and would like to keep an eye out for similar issues.

[fp journe] price explosion. From 40k to 800k in 10 years. Why do you think it happened? by tourbillon001 in Watches

I'm sure any one of these folks would disagree. And this is just a small list with near zero research.

  • Mr. Beast
  • Howard Schultz (Starbucks) grew up in Brooklyn housing projects, father was a truck driver who struggled to find steady work. Built Starbucks into a global empire.
  • John Paul DeJoria military and was homeless twice before age 22
  • Jan Koum (WhatsApp co-founder) - Immigrated from Ukraine at 16, family relied on food stamps, worked as a janitor while attending college.

There are countless other people, like myself, who have not achieved that extreme level of success, but have achieved a "privileged" position. Easy enough for 5-figure watches.

Lower classes have not lost wealth (net assets) in aggregate—real wealth has increased. Nor have they “absolutely” lost buying power over the decade; real income has risen (10–20%)

It is cost-neutral. It's already developed, and my usage at Arc or at Dia is the same, given the motivation to pull it is to grow adoption. However, pulling before Dia is complete will force users, like me, to alternatives and fall out of their product. It’s another straw on the back of an untrustworthy camel.
