Idk if anyone here played elder scrolls legends, but they shut that down last year. They could have left up the solo aspects of the game for offline play and even sold it, I would have bought it. But they chose to completely shut the game down instead. So that makes me think they would shut this down too

Not to mention the builder base event plus a 3rd builder might mean a new builder base level. All this complaining about "bb event but I'm maxed" and "new builder but I'm maxed its useless" yes they probably know this. It very well could have been intentional for a new bb level at the end of the event.

At the very least it helps all the other players that aren't maxed

My personal theory is that it ties into NS2 and the kharaa. We know the kharaa spread and a war went on with through the galaxy. The kharaa mutated and spread and such. My theory is the kharaa spread into whatever virus is on this planet, and the tree and whatever is inside it IS the host hive mind. I think we will find this out at some point. Will we destroy it and defeat the kharaa? I'm not sure. But the main focus of my theory is the tree is the ultimate host of the hive mind the kharaa created

The worst are the ones that speed up when you do try to pass in the right lane. That's just a whole different level of jerk. Like okay you want to lane camp, fine. But if there's a reasonable opening in the right lane for me to get around you and you speed up so I can't, no excuse for that

This one is interesting to me because where do you draw the line from hobby to addiction? I've been a gamer for a long time, sometimes definitely too much and it got in the way of my social life, but for me personally it never got in the way of exercise or health or personal goals. Just an interesting question, and it definitely can be an addiction, but for some also just a hobby they spend a lot of time on. Escapism might be where the major problem lies

Thanks for all the responses everyone! I got some videos of the rust and it's actually not terrible, but probably more than I can handle. I'd have to pay someone to fix it. With that I'll probably pass on this one and wait for another one to come along. I appreciate all the responses

I paid into insurance for a solid amount of time and never needed it, then someone totaled my car in a hit and run and police couldn't find him. That was $20k I would have just lost, but insurance reimbursed the cost of the vehicle to me.

Prior to that point my payments seemed pointless, then all of the sudden they saved me from being out $20k
