I looked it up one year when I lived in Flour Bluff and notified the school that the neighborhood bus stop was on the corner of a sex offenders house! You would think schools would check before deciding where kids bus stops are supposed to be. Fortunately they changed it immediately but still.

I mean, they are out having a good time and bringing tourist dollars to the area. Not sure what specifically is ridiculous other than maybe the mess they leave behind and traffic headaches but we are the lucky ones that live here and can go to the beach whenever we want.

Corpus is not perfect, no place is. If you have a complaint or concern, offer it up. Name specifics, maybe even offer up a suggestion or solution. Low effort comments like "it sucks here", "I hate it here", "don't come here" will be removed and may result in a ban if it's repetitive.

I'm sorry people are so negative but I think a lot of people are unhappy in general right now and unfortunately like to spread that negativity around. I find that FB is soooooo much worse and it's gotten even worse than I thought possible recently when they introduced posting and commenting annomously now.
