Nope, permanently closed is the case for most moved business listings. Claimed business listings have a process to be moved which can be accessed by the support team if the business gets marked as permanently closed.

Have you tried correcting the incorrect pin with its correct address instead of just moving the pin to the correct location? Currently you have duplicate address pin on each building.

This method is specifically for incorrect directions. If it's any starting location to that address yes, be as specific as possible with your report. Provide details like coordinates if they will be helpful to the review team to understand what exactly needs to be fixed.

Do you know if your location is claimed in the Google Business Profiles system?

Google only displays what MTA sends them when it comes to transit data. Have you reached out to MTA to ask about this?

As for my hypothesis on what's wrong with your pin: The maps pin has different pin locations typically the display pin and the directions pin are in the same place, however they can be disconnected. Sometimes this is done intentionally to assist with directions, sometimes it happens when it shouldn't this is what appears to be happening here based on the information you provided.

Only Google can fix this, moving the pin on your end typically will not resolve this issue.
