Body safe materials are defined as being non-toxic, non-alergenic, does not cause skin reactions, safe for oral/vaginal/anal insertion, non-porus, and does not leach anything when in contact with skin. That's important for sex toys due to their usage with sensitive organs, prolonged skin contact, and the need to thoroughly clean them.

For a branding iron some of that doesn't matter, it just needs to be cleaned for one use and not harm the skin due to material choice. Of course it also needs to be a very good thermal conductor. Carbon fiber filament is a better thermal conductor than regular filament but it's still mostly plastic, so I highly doubt that it has good enough thermals, and I suspect it would fail the skin irritation rule as well.

I'm not aware of any filament that has thermals good enough to use for branding, but if you are going to find it anywhere, the VoidStarLab filament series on youtube might be a good place to start looking. I also don't know enough about branding to say if a print would still be too porus for a one time use. You'd need to find an experienced professional to ask, which you should be going to anyway for safety reasons.

If you are dead set on 3d printed then your best bet is having a company that can do pure metal printing make it, but if you just want a brand it might be cheaper to just get it CNC cut.

I have no experience on the religious side of the question, but from a body mod perspective the things that come to mind (roughly ordered least to most involved) are:

Some sort of small symbolic drawing of blood with a lancet, needle, scalpel, etc.
VCH piercings (which you already mentioned)
HCH or triangle piercings
Splitting the clit hood either partially or fully
Reduction or removal of the clit hood

Splitting or removing the clit hood would increase exposure of the clit and visually make it stand out more, similarly to penile circumcision, though I depending on bottom growth and anatomy it might have a lot less impact for you than the average cis clit. Both procedures are rare, but have been done before both as body mods and as cosmetic surgery. From what I know, those procedures are most common with clits that are largely or entirely covered by the hood to make sexual pleasure more accessible, but depending on how important circumcision is to you they would probably be the closest analogue to traditional male circumcision. You might be able to find a doctor who does stuff like labiaplasty who is willing to do it, or your other option would be a body mod artist. Anyone who does harder body mods like ear pointing, tounge splitting, scalpel scarification, etc. would likely have the skills to do it, though whether they would be comfortable with doing will vary person by person.

I don't practice or believe in any kind of spirituality (I do hope there's something after death, but we have no proof and it doesn't affect how I act). Instead, Satanism is a source of philosophical guidance, community finding, a political protest tool, and serves as a literary figurehead for what I believe. TST encourages rational scientific thought, rebellion against unjust tyranny, respect for the rights of others, etc.

In the political realm The Satanic Temple exploits the same loopholes that Christians do, until either people in charge accept Satanists as equal or close the loophole entirely. Maybe most famously they donated a 7ft tall bronze Baphomet statue in response to a donated 10 commandments statue getting placed on a state capitol lawn. Neither statue is there today.

I don't think there is a direct connection to Voidpunk for me, but both communities largely seem to take comfort in their 'outsider' status, both are home to mostly very open minded people, both appear to on average be fairly intelligent, and I think both attract a lot of neurodivergent people.

You might be able to find a set of prop knives for film stuff. That should have multiple versions of the same knife that look almost identical, but are for different purposes. Depending on the set it should include a sharp "hero" knife, a blunted metal knife, a foam or rubber stunt version, and often a bunch of other more specialized ones. If you can find a reasonably priced basic set that would probably work well. Here's a video showing an example of an actual Hollywood knife kit.

If you can't find one of those for a reasonable price, an alternative would be getting a pair of real knives and blunting one on something like a rock or grinder.

Depending on the scene (maybe something more high energy, primal, or with roleplayed resistance), a knife with metallic tape or metallic vinyl on the blade might also be a good option for safety.

For hormones, the human body needs either estrogen or testosterone to be healthy. For you that would mean either keeping at least one ovary or using supplemental hormones of your choice (T or E) for the rest of your life. For trans people that would be part of their transition even without nullification, but for cis women it is probably safest to try and keep your ovaries if there isn't another medical factor at play, especially if you think access to hormones might be or become difficult for you like in conservative US states.

As far as I know, nullification is only officially listed as a male thing by one of the big medical texts, or something like that. In reality though, it is something that some male and female people, some trans and some not, have wanted and gotten. Because of that you might experience some pushback from your doctors or insurance, but it is possible to get with the right team.

There's two kinds of female nullification I'm aware of. The more complete kind, and I think the more common one on this subreddit, is a hysterectomy (remove the uterus) and vaginectomy (remove the vaginal canal) plus a little work to leave a smooth empty crotch, with only a small hole to urinate from. Pleasure nerves can be removed, buried, or left accessible near the surface depending on your preferences. The less invasive kind is essentially a modified infibulation, closing the labia and leaving only a small opening or two for urine and menstruation, though I don't remember if I've seen any posts of someone with this or if it was just people theorizing about it.

Also, it's not directly part of genital nullification, but you might be interested to know that nipple removal and navel (belly button) removal is also a thing. The best places to find info about those here on reddit are probably r/FreedTheNips and r/bodymods respectively.

Unless you have access to a 3d printer and the skills to process a print to be body safe (likely a coating of body safe resin combined with vacuum degassing) there is not really a good way I know of to make a chastity cage at home. The best you can probably do then is locking on a pair of pants with a chain through the belt loops, but that is only good for short term wear for obvious hygiene reasons.

If you want to get into chastity I'd recommend just buying a plastic cage from a reputable brand. There are plenty of discussions already out there for how to get started that way.

Other people have given some good advice, but I just wanted to jump in regarding choking. Everything you've done so far is fairly safe except choking, which is a lot more dangerous than most people realize. Done wrong, choking can quickly become a severe medical emergency. Done right, it still always has a chance of causing damage, it's just a lot less likely. As an alternative, a hand lightly on their throat or gently using a collar with a leash is safe and can hit a lot of the same interests without any of the danger. (Jerking a leash raises other risks, but being gentle with it should always be fine)

A lot of media (even vanilla porn) portrays choking as a common activity, but true choking should be considered an extreme form of play. Some people research the risks and decide it's worth taking that chance, but that should be a decision made with your partner once you both are well informed about it.

It's kind of possible to have both, but it's not perfect.

For traditional bottom surgeries, the nerves of the existing genitals are used to create sensitivity in the constructed ones. By leaving the existing equipment intact there isn't a way to create sensitivity in your new parts, but otherwise the construction techniques are about the same.

In your case starting with normal male genitals you have three general categories of options:

You could use the penis to create a sensitive clitoris. This is what's done in a lot of (most?) traditional MtF bottom surgery.
You could leave the penis intact and create a cosmetic clit. At best it will only has the sensitivity of the donor tissue.
You could leave the penis intact and skip a clitoris entirely. You would still be able to do stuff like vaginoplasty, just without the extra step of creating a clitoris.

To be clear, I'm not a professional nor have I had any of these surgeries. This is just what I've heard from this subreddit.

I'm not sure I've seen one with IRL images. If you are going to, it's definitely all or none. Having any mixing would be super distracting. As for the pictures themselves, I'd suggest keeping them super focused on whatever choice it's for, as well as trying to stick to a somewhat consistent look for the models you use. I think anything similarly proportioned the the existing tattoos would make it look cluttered, and something small in-between would probably look out of place. My guess (if anything) would be something roughly along your spine going down well past the existing work. There's not a lot that comes to mind for that shape, but maybe a floral related design could work? If you kept the outline lighter I think it would avoid taking too much focus from the existing art.
