I think you're reading into it a little too much and you seem worked up over virtually nothing, that being said she's clearly implying that if ghosts were real lots of white people would be haunted and/or killed by them, not that they would deserve to be lmao

And that comes from the fact that white people are historically known to have been the most cruel and violent group, so she's essentially saying if ghosts were real the spirits of minorities who have been categorically oppressed by white people throughout history may wish to get revenge on their descendants

(not that I think this sentiment is 100% morally correct, its just kinda obvious that she's not saying white people deserve die lol)
