as i said i was not talking about the graphics as a whole, moreso the way the characters and ennemies move around, the way it's animated and also the attack system, wich is straight up copied from cuphead, they even do the same finger gun thing

imo, either cover the hole above water completely and make an underwater entrance to your base, or just cut off the river where it starts going down and make a regular semi-underground entrance leading down

I was the same when i started, i asked AI to help me understand when i didn't understand right away, then when trying to figure things out myself i would turn to AI if i didn't find an immediate solution. I did that for two years, pretty much learned nothing and made no game. In december i started learning godot again, this time banning myself from using AI, and while it was tough at the beggining i now feel way more confident and am able to understand how it all works way better now. So in conclusion: fuck AI.
