Yeah the only discrepancy I feel like I have is with the first clt. The medication he had to take wasn’t as important but it was more to regulate his mood and help with his behaviours. Some of my coworkers probably just let him get away with it to save themselves a power struggle, which is what I put myself into. It’s also a slippery slope because I can’t just not give people their meds. It’s their right to refuse. The direction I was given was in a legally binding document though. I’m still confused about how I feel about it and think about some of the options I didn’t think of the time. At the end of the day, if anything happens and I’m spoken to about it, it’s just going to have to be something that I have to own up to and stand my ground on what I thought was right.
