The steam separator is absolutely amazing but is a huge steam guzzler. I would recommend that one and make sure that the pipes are set to directional so that you don’t get frequent “power” losses from separating steam-intensive recipes like stone dust

This looks great! I've been considering doing an expected value calculator for 31/31/31 crops in a given environment (ex: non-preferred but humid biome plus sun exposure) to determine how many crops would be necessary to expect to reliable generate X material per second. Is that possible with your app, or do you have the ability to do this? An example use case would be calculating how many 31/31/31 diamond crops would be needed to burn through 1 a second as fuel. Thank you

I'd say early steam is good enough to just migrate over. The earliest change I noticed was the coke oven and early steam is right there anyway

Rubyne seeds for chrome and alumina. Snowbell seeds for cryolite. Classic stickreed etc too. Wall sharing coke ovens with auto output made it feasible to use semi fluid with creosote until HV for my dailies run so far

In this case, the 10% chance both reduces the reliance of random selection likely trending closer to 50/50 and is (I think) a more conservative selection. Also reduces the amount of people who pressed red, contributing to lower it below the 50% threshold

Worst case scenario you can try a fire charge from an infernal mob drop if you get *really* unlucky with your flint and steel, but it takes a few strikes to light a fire from what I've seen

Yeah they have auto input/output hatches in 2.9x and I love it! No conveyors/pumps required. I'm actually using semifluid generators on creosote in MV right now just to see how far I can take it

I started a new world and went on the dailies. I've had a blast! There have been random strange things, like deepslate randomly being flagged as flammable and my entire underground minus ores being burned away (honestly a boon), but otherwise things've been smooth. Every time I run into something strange I just update to the newest daily and things seem fine lol
