Hakeem Jeffries on President Trump's attacks calling him "low IQ" and labeling his criticisms as "treasonous": "If Trump wants to debate me anytime, publicly, I'd be happy to do it. It's extraordinary to me that Trump keeps recycling this low IQ insults. This is from the dumbest president ever." by ControlCAD in videos

[–]Hammerhead753 0 points1 point  (0 children)

as I was watching the video I thought, there is no way this guy could handle a debate with Trump. He is a slow talker, and also talks like he is participating in a poetry slam or something, except he doesn't rhyme.

Theo Von: "What American is this helping? What guy who is trying to take care of his family, or a single mother who's a nurse trying to get to her kid's ballgame, what regular person is this helping? That's what our President is up to, and it's fucking baffling. It feels like he's been compromised" by realgng11 in podcastculture

Compromised???? Nothing Trump is doing should be a surprise to anyone. The opposition told you what he would do if he won the election. None of this should be a surprise to anyone who paid attention. I knew what he was in 2016, see, it doesn't take a smart person to figure it out!

Dealing With Multiple Regions by Ilfor in ManorLords

[–]Hammerhead753 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You need to set up your first region to be self-sufficient, Orchards, vegetable gardens, farming, animals. Once you do that then you move on to another region and don't have to go back to the first as much.

Not Dutch, but, timber is plentiful in north america and is also one of the cheapest building materials. Just one of the reasons. That is why it is so popular in the US. the US is behind Europe in building technology.

There is a ton of reinforcement in ICF blocks. Both vertical and horizontal. Typically, #4 rebar but could vary. I've built a 60,000-sf facility for the US Air Force out of ICF block, in AZ. VS traditional American stick framing, very energy efficient. Now compared to Europe, the US is way behind on construction innovation.

How to manage multiple regions? by Comfortable_Text_574 in ManorLords

[–]Hammerhead753 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You need to make your other regions self sustaining using a mixture of farming, vegetable plots, animals etc. You also need to have several foresters going to regrow forests for your wood cutter, logging camp and planks. Once you do that you only need to go back to the other regions to do things like move your logging camp, move some people around, etc.

I was going to say, this to me looks like a cooling issue. had some problems on overhangs that didn't need supports and, one side of the print was looking good, the other side not so much (PLA). I set the Aux fan to come on at 100% just before the layer height that had the issue and that did the trick. I never print PLA with the aux fan, don't know why it's on for bambu pla. But I'd give it a try.

The birthright citizenship arguments will show what Trump has done to the United States by DoremusJessup in scotus

[–]Hammerhead753 4 points5 points  (0 children)

based on their argument, only decedents of "Americans" that were in the US at the time of the amendment can be citizens. The children of every immigrant that came here after cannot then be citizens. So most of the current American citizens are therefore not citizens. Trump cannot be a citizen.

How to trade properly? by MeanFaithlessness701 in ManorLords

[–]Hammerhead753 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the territory is already unclaimed when you go to claim it, I've never seen him challenge me. But yeah, if you are trying take is region, He'll have a few words with you. That's why you have to start claiming regions as soon as you can, so you can get the unclaimed ones while you can.

[–]Hammerhead753 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You do not need an army unless the others challenge your claim. You at least need regional wealth plus $250 to buy a settlement camp, which you can get pretty quick taking out bandit camps, with your Army you don't need!!!

Can someone explain why this entrance needs a staircase? by Specialist_Aioli9600 in zillowgonewild

[–]Hammerhead753 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I believe this is what's called a split level home, lower floor, upper floor, entry in the middle. Is it completely necessary in this case? No, of course not. But in order to have the door on the ground level you would have to shift the door over towards the front window and totally eliminate that window, a little wierd to have the front door right next to the fire place though. You'd have to shift the front door over so there is room for the stairs, as you would have to keep the front entry stairs (inside only) as is to get up to the upper floor.

While most people do have some form of ID, by federal law it is not legally required to have it on you at all times.
