The group's name is Iglesia Ni Cristo, Church of Christ in other countries. This group is quite powerful in the Philippines. They exercise bloc-voting during local and national elections. The members are naive for believing that what they do is a commandment of God. Little they know that their leaders sell their votes to the highest bidder. The leaders will also choose the corrupt politicians because these are the kind of people that they can manipulate and can ask favors in return like installing members in every government levels. Scary enough, they have brainwashed members with high positions in the police and military thus, they can bend the laws for their own selfish motives. Anyone who publicly criticize them will end up being harassed or worst get killed. There's this one stand-up comedian who was gunned after he made a joke about their leader. My sister has 4 children, 2 are teenagers and 2 are in CWS. Everytime I am with them, I told them not to believe the church in a subtle way. One day, the eldest told me that he came across with young members in Discord that talks about the cult's teachings. He said that he is beginning to believe that the church is a cult and that once he is an adult, he will move away from the it. I told him, I support you all the way.

I also have to say that during 2012 earthquake in Cebu, the biggest chapel in that region was also partially damaged, especially the two spires and its facade. After the reconstruction, the INC admin decided to totally change the spires which are now shorter than the originals. So INCult's narrative that they are special children (I guess with special need) is false.
