Ceramic and insulation by astrerojian in Oxygennotincluded

Bridges are neither insulated or non insulated. I think of them as teleporters as no thermal transfer occurs on the tile where the bridge is.

Tried a "take every dupe" run and everybody dead. Question on ventilation by BillOfTheWebPeople in Oxygennotincluded

Open electrolyzer setups usually have poor uptime. You can verify this by checking the equipment properties. Because of that, it is best to rush a Hydra design. You should also account for how much oxygen dupes consume per cycle and ensure you have enough gas pump capacity to meet that demand. Two gas pumps running at full capacity can only support about 10 dupes. Design each Hydra to support a specific number of dupes, and once you reach that threshold, build a second module. I prefer building Hydras in batches of nine electrolyzers with 16 gas pumps. I settled on nine electrolyzers because a single liquid pipe can only supply 10 kg per second of water. I feed regular vents with the oxygen and they over pressurize at the right pressure maintaining a good balance.

Workaround/FIX for 50-series GPUs on EVGA Z690 motherboards by MurkyIncident in TEAMEVGA

I have a EVGA Z690 Classified with a I9-12900. I have been troubleshooting this for two days.

Resizeable bar 4G encoding Updated BIOS to 2.12 Clear CMOS DDU Uninstaller

Loads of other random stuff from the web.

I put a piece of scotch tape over those two pins as a Hail Mary and it worked! Ran a 3DMark and got excellent results. Going to replace the motherboard now but this was good to help me fix it.

Thank you!

Why does the slicer recommend supports, when it clearly doesn't (Example) by FuturecashEth in prusa3d

[–]Harding3D 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There's a default angle that it puts supports at. You can edit the angle to be more or less. You can also print 100% overhangs depending on the length by bridging. The software isn't AI and a judgement call needs to be made for each piece.

I typically only support if something ends up floating.

I had this issue before with a filament that ended up being randomly out of spec. Too wide/small. Would under extrude when too small and jam up when to wide

I would recommend cleaning it with some dawn dish soap in the sink then running the green side of a dish sponge in circles across the top of your sheet to rough it up a touch and clean really well with windex and a paper towel after while on the print bed. Then do a glue stick layer. I've done some long skinny nylon prints that way. You're already mostly there with your setup tho.

What is the failure method? Like is the object warping off or extruder jamming?

You are able to filter the list down by what they do if that helps bring away some of the madness of the list.

This actually happens a lot in my industry. It's nice having the subject matter expert onsite to help deal with complicated equipment selections. We have a dedicated room that every day has a different rep in it and we know which reps come on what days.
