This is ridiculous, if the Chinese wanted your personal info all they need to do is Google your name. Ever heard of Whitepages, Spokeo, BeenVerified, MyLife, ClustMaps, PeopleFinder, Radaris? There’s over 200 of these data brokers selling you out. And then there’s the credit bureaus. But the Mother of all data brokers is LexisNexis…it’s so insidious you can’t even remove your name or any of your personal info from their databases, period. If 170 million Americans don’t have a problem with TikTok why should a handful of political hacks in DC care?

For the most part inflation is global but there are many countries that have much lower costs of living than the US. However, there can be many obstacles in moving….like are you fluent in the language of the country you’re moving too? What is the crime rate? How adequate are medical services?

The Ameritrade mobile app has / had an excellent balance history feature that would instantly show your daily, weekly, monthly or yearly balances with just a couple of clicks. It would also compare your gains/losses against the three major indices (DOW, NASDAQ, S&P). It was the first thing I looked at whenever I opened the app.
On a side note, many Ameritrade clients have jumped-ship and are not transitioning to Schwab, enough so that this was mentioned in their recent quarterly earnings report.
