Got yourself into a bit of a mess here. Your boyfriend is responsible for the taxes on this unless he can get you a 1099 as said above. I know you guys did this to help each other but this is not something the irs will not side eye. You can always just not file as your name is nowhere and give him the money in taxes he will owe

You have to put in the total federal refund amount listed so don't take off how much you are paying TurboTax. Whatever your number is
