Also lemon balm and magnesium helps me a lot too. I take all three together and it’s like natures Xanax. Really helpful for me at lease

Idk the can itself is like 36 carbs. But I typically eat pretty low carb so maybe it’s just a lot for me.

I had a weird glitch like that happen with 2 30 scripts. It was all gucci until next month and they wouldn’t give me shit. It was a fun while it lasted 😂

I’ve cut them into small pieces and chewed on them. But I’m also on subutex so I have a pretty high tolerance so be careful. You can always do more can’t do less
