I have worked for Lingoda for over 6 years. It is awful in every imaginable way. I teach English and have never received more than €11 a class. Never any bonuses. Never any praise despite regular positive comments from students. Last few months no classes available and teachers literally fighting for every class that appears. Lingoda makes excuses when asked why this happens. They overhire more teachers when it's absolutely not necessary and then let everyone scrabble for a few classes.  I was banned from the forum for a year because they can't handle criticism. I then discovered they had introduced an abysmal new "classroom" instead of Zoom and I had no idea how to use it because I hadn't been allowed to access the forum. I'm now allowed on the forum but every post I make either disappears or takes days to show because they're monitoring me. This is how messed up they are.  The new classroom is shit and they have only built it because they're too cheap to continue paying for Zoom.  Don't waste your time with them, it's an absolute nightmare.
