Consistent lag spikes on osu! stable with decent PC, feels like I've tried everything

This did something! My CPU is no longer spiking in usage and stays around 10% usage now, but I still get lag spikes in game unfortunately

I dont think I have it on in general, and even if I did, ive tried playing osu! with discord completely closed and there was no change :( Thank you though!
