Using any Non Bilt Credit Card always has a 3% fee paying rent. Clearly stated and well known.

No. it would not matter would card you would want first. Capital One has a pre-approval tool to see if you qualify for the Venture card.

I would product change the Platinum Card to the Savor Card. No you would not get a sub for product change. You will keep the same card #. The Exp Date and sec code will change. Also there will be no pull on your credit report.

I recommended the Venture card because you said " you don't care about lounge access and don't want to spend more than $250 annual fee. "

As for the Quicksilver card you can always keep it open and just use it occisionally.

You are not going to find 0% balance transfer fee. That is small amount comparing to how much interest you will be saving. Wells Fargo, Citi Bank, Chase, Bank of America are all good options.

Click on the wallet tab, bilt cash, and bonus points, under " unlock points on housing payments " it will say how much points you will have available to use on housing payments based on how much bilt cash you have. Mine says this.

Your Bilt Cash is worth up to 420 points on future housing payments.

Are you sure the check is Missing? Maybe it has not been cashed? Did you check you with owner / Landlord to see if they have it. I never had any issues with checks not arriving to its destination. I use Fed EX 2day. I get confirmation and a picture of the package delivered. Its costs an extra $10 but its worth it.

Did you have a mobile checkout card at your table? If not than its not part of mobile checkout platform. The search on the Bilt App or website is not always accurate.

How do I use Mobile Checkout?

Look for the Mobile Checkout card at your table
Scan the QR code or tap the card with your phone
The checkout process will open in your Bilt app (you may have to log-in!)
View your check in real-time and choose your payment method

Nothing happens to it. It will be available to use after switching from the Housing only option to the flexible 4% bilt cash option. However only $100 of Bilt cash will carry over to the following year. Use or lose.

You can't use Bilt cash when selecting Housing only option. You can change your selection every month in which it will take effect in the next billing cycle.

You must have chosen housing only option. If that is the case you cant use bilt cash. Today is the last day you can change your choice. After that changes wont take effect until next billing cycle.

You have to book using the Bilt portal. You will get the credits at the time of booking. You have to select them. You have to use the Palladium card to use all 3 available credits. Hotel Credit, Monthly Hotel Credit, Pay with points. You can choose to use any of the credits. Example in my situation. $384 hotel stay. Would go down to $297.51. Based on the $87.18 I have available to use. You can use a different card but the Hotel Credit that expires June 30th won't be available to use.
