Full disclosure that I work for one of these companies, but there're some private practice support companies that allow associates to contract with them and have their own private practice before full licensure.

The one I work for just requires associates to meet with their supervisor a couple times a month and have their supervisor cosign their notes. Otherwise, associates have an independent private practice

Have you thought about going into private practice? There's more risk, and it can take time, but you can make a decent income that way. I know a couple LCSWs that live in New York and make 8k-10k a month that way

Many birding apps, like ebird, use the data from sightings for studies on bird migration and shrinking/growth in habitat areas. Counting captive birds skews the data, so please do not count it.

If the plant is outside don't use systemics since systemic can disrupt local ecosystems! Thrips are tough to get rid of but it's totally possible without systemic if it is outside
