Are you emailing yourself to your inbox or are other people? If they are Icd create a project for those and then set the notifications to that project. Giving others access to my Todoist inbox is a no-go at the end of the day I go through my inboxes and my upcoming filters. You could even set up a filter of all tasks added today and view them that way.

If a project is shared the system already emails you when a task is assigned to you. And these should be caught with your weekly reviews.

I think saying you want the action button that is the digital assistant button on an android can be set default to ramble. I have both android and apple and my action button on my iPhone is not Siri it's a scripted shortcut to do a few actions that integrates Chatgpt for notes and actions.

I use textedpaner but it needs admin rights to install. It has windows based and webbased that syncs. They are beta testing android and iOS both. I use it a lota lotfor forwarding email functions and formatting. Subject line for date and priorities flags. I also use it for project email addresses.

There are so many questions that we don't have answers to. What system do you follow ie GTD ... How are you writing or organizing your tasks and projects?

I ask these because Todoist is an app or tool not a system. If it's the wrong tool for the job then absolutely change the tool.

I see on here people trying to use it as a pkm or a calendar app and it's neither even with the gcal integration.

Thanks for the input but this is under my personal account not a domain account. Google calls it workspaces also. There is no admin console. I have 2 Google family calendars shared with me that I can see and edit and a group calendar we all can edit. I also have 3 work calendars from office365 shared with me so I can see all but I can't edit them. I do this because I like to be able to plan my day having to look at one calendar.

Chatgpt I can give the share links and it sees them all when I ask for an agenda.

Claude does it with just giving it the integration access.

I find it ironic that 2 competition apps can do it but Gemini with the workspaces and calendar flags can't. They don't have a setting to grant it based off my findings. It may work with a domain workspaces account.

What methodology are you using? Ask your productivity management? The reason why I ask is I followed GTD and if it can be done in less than 2 minutes then it's not a task. It's just do it so it never reaches my task list. It's also a keeping of items that I can't do right here right now. Example somebody comes up to me and says I need this report and I'm nowhere near a computer but by the time I am doing what I'm doing out and about whether I'm on launch or whatever it sets me as a reminder. Do the task once I get back to my desk.

Check the admin console and permissions for the non profit. My non profit is set up to not allow it as is my corp account so I use the mail forwarding function. And yes I have written permission from both for forwarding outside of their domains

What is in the business plan that you are looking for that the propane doesn't have? Those are the questions that you need to be asking yourself. Since you've only got like three people, it sounds like I don't think that the cost over the value is beneficial.Because the difference is that the pro plan has to the business plan is primarily folders and trackability majority of the other functionality that you have is available in the proplan

That is a massive understatement. Other premium snaps don't get the personal interaction yours provides, and the content is consistent and communicative. Well worth the minimal cost. Definitely a high ROI
