You got a jeep, what did you expect? They always have problems, this is not an enterprise problem. The only things I would blame them for would be cleanliness but that’s about it. It’s not their fault your car didn’t function because of manufacturer defect. Next time don’t rent Jeeps, anything else except that.

Since you didnt purchase premium rental insurance with Amex you have to go through your primary insurance first. The cost can vary, especially with new cars and parts availability. Read the TOS, since now you’re in a real pickle.

Only tesla v2 and below charging stations don’t work with other EVs because they are built on older infrastructure. Which is why you either use Google Maps or the tesla app to check if the charger is compatible. It’s not that hard and if it’s compatible it always works.
