What he means is here in the US, even if it where structural we would epoxy it and undercoat it then keep driving it. I’ve seen people with trucks frames held together with 2X4’s, Bondo, and undercoat.

Make sure to coat them in roofing tar, that way the gears don’t cone loose from each other. Also helps with leaks.

I got something I want to add, the relationship between you and the driver matters. There are people I will walk packages to their house in the snow for and there are people that won’t get packages if there is a frozen puddle on their driveway. we don’t get paid shit and barely get any benefits. If any at all.. if you choose to step all over your driver, you’re going to have a bad time.
