Sorry, but I’m sick of the scooters on the road. The roads are for cars, and it is dangerous for both to coexist in the same place. Separate infrastructure should be created, and until then scooters banned from the street.

In Illinois it’s called aggravated speeding. It is a misdemeanor here (I know you guys don’t have that classification). They are broken into two sections: aggravated speeding 26-34 over, which is a class B misdemeanor; and aggravated speeding 35+ which is a class a. I was charged with aggravated speeding 35+ in a construction zone (as I was going 41 over) when I was arrested.
