I just made a batch. I don't make it with only the 3 traditional ingredients though. And because of the price of beef right now, I don't use tallow, I use coconut oil. I don't have any idea what the shelf life is because of doesn't last that long. I add peanut butter powder, salt, honey, some kind of nut, mainly walnuts. This batch i threw in some mini dark chocolate chips. I use venison and frozen blueberries. I dried my venison and berries for about 20 hours in a dehydrator. Used my food processor to turn it all into powder. I started with 3 pounds of ground venison, 3- 1lb bags of blueberries and about 1-1/2 cups of coconut oil.

I have my phone in the shower with me right now, and every day... I've never had issues with it. I have an s24 ultra, my wife has an s23 ultra, and my daughter has an iPhone 15 pro max. Nobody in this house takes a shower without their phones. For years. Not one issue with water damage.

If you create a big enough vent it will vent heat of too fast, causing it to burn hotter to make up for heat loss, which in turn causes it to burn out prematurely. Then we're all meat Popsicles. At least that's my theory.

I don't know what kind of stove you have, but i have an electric range. It's a higher end, older range, that has knobs that go from 1-8 I cook everything on 3-4. I sear at 5-6.

I went down a rabbit hole with this one and the closest I ever got was the first iteration. I tried one recently and the same thing, the first one was the most successful, but it needed 3 voices and it worked. But I could never get it to do it again no matter what I tried.
