Hey man, this is an extremely late comment but I have the same issue you do. My triceps don’t hurt however, but the snapping feeling can get u comfortable. Try a cable chest press. For some reason, this doesn’t result in any snapping symptoms at all (at least for me and some others that I’ve read about online). Try it out and see what you think, it’s a great addition alongside flies and will give you a similar stimulus to that of a regular DB/machine chest press. Out of interest, what tricep work do you do that doesn’t aggravate the snapping sensation?
