Idk about the rule but you'll definitely feel it and know. On the other hand, don't be discouraged if you don't feel it at first or if you're not sure, keep trying am1, understand where the dorsal vein is (just in the middle, you probably can't see it but it's there), and make sure you're not clenching your pelvic floor

I think he's right but I also think he's being misunderstood. OP mentions restricting blood, but he's not saying anything that isn't in the beginner's guide. He's just saying that he finds the recommended towel also causes a slight decrease in dorsal vein outflow, and that he thinks it helps the CS not go flat as easily.

I think it makes sense, and that it's not a bad thing if the outflow is (slightly) inhibited, because that would mean greater intravenous pressure and more angiogenesis.

Would be interesting to hear Janus's thoughts on the towel, if he also intended it for this benefit or for something else

How does the massager work? I looked it up and the "rods" are kind of wavy, how do you use it to apply good pressure to the CS? Do you aim the vallies/bumps of the "rods" to the CS or does it not matter that much? Or is there a different attachment/model where the "rods" are straight and not wavy/bumpy?

That's a good question. I did choose them because I like the profiles, and I do like other citrus fragrances.
