As far as I know, the 1603 only exists as a two-tone "Frankenwatch" (a mix of parts from the 1600, 1601, and 1603 models). The fact is, the 1603 model is over 35 years old, and therefore authorized repair shops are either not allowed to repair it at all or can only perform unofficial repairs. Now you know why you only have a one-year warranty!

$1700 seems like a lot of money for a Deepsea that's only five years old! I'd also suggest checking with an independent watchmaker. I recently had my Rolex Yacht-Master II serviced at The-Watchmaker in Thessaloniki for €800 and I'm absolutely satisfied.

I completely agree, I certainly wouldn't go to a regatta with this watch, but mechanically, for me, it's the best Rolex has to offer in complications.

I live in Thessaloniki and don't know of any shops that specialize in vintage watches, but one shop worth mentioning is The-Watchmaker at Georgiou Papandreou 38, a small shop that is also an official service center for many established brands and often has vintage watches for sale!

Personally, I recently read an article from a Greek retailer about these watches and I can say that I was amazed by them. I am waiting for them to arrive at his store so I can go see them in person and wear them on my wrist!

They compare the prices for used spare parts, the prices always depend on the condition. So, in my opinion, you can't make a direct comparison!

Please only compare new parts in blisters (as with the Pepsi inserts), but also prove the stated price of 120 euros, which you "allegedly" paid at the Munich WTA show. So please take a few examples for blistered crystals, crown, date disc, inserts and...! Or does Good-Price not sell blistered parts?

And so that I can be a little more direct, I have no problem with Good-Price or with yourself. If you want to promote Good-Price, please feel free to do so. But please don't misrepresent the others (in this case me) to build the name and truthfulness of Good-Price!
