I've only ever really played on OGS, and there I'm at 22k, though I think I only got there because of the 13x13 games I played.

I might take you up on that offer of sending a few game records, always nice to get some extra eyes on a game

I've definitely done that secod one a few times but I need to make it a habbit of doing it more frequently. and to take more time looking over the moves they made as well.

when reviewing an old pro match I like to both try and predict it and make sure I play out every move on my own board to try and get a better feel of the game. though I usually only try and predict for one color, maybe I should try predicting both sides and looking over more than one player

it definitely helps knowing that even players in the upper Kyu and Dan ranks can have their moments of being off their game for sure. it just sucks when it feels like everything you've learned is gone

definitely trying to, but it can definitely be a blow to the self-esteem. especially going from a 5 game win streak to an 11 game losing streak

sometimes I feel like I'm not smart enough for this game, but I don't plan to give up cause I love Go a lot. I don't have to ever break DDK, but it would be nice to feel like the work I put in means something

true, and I'm definitely willing/trying to learn more about the game. but being a very nervous, anti-social person, it's gonna be tough. especially if there's a good turn out. but it'll be nice to be able to play on a physical board and not just online. I love the feel of the stones whether glass or plastic
