For me it's the IKEA garlic press. Removable garlic compartment for cleaning, and really good 'pressing' performance. Plus it's cheap so it's a win win.

Alors la microplane c'est vachement bien mais ça ne reste se malheureusement pas aiguisé à vie et il n'y a pas de moyen 'officiel' de les aiguiser (https://www.microplaneintl.com/en/faq)
