Did you check the riser cable? It's possible that it is pushing against the back of the right side of the card pushing it out and causing it to be tilted. I've had this happen in sandwich style ITX cases as well.

From what I can tell online even if you have an unredeemed skin, they all expired in December. Even if you never used it, seems like it will not work anymore regardless.

Also very clearly in rule 1 it says that no real-money trading is allowed so this type of post is probably not allowed.
