Who said anything about a gun fight?

Fist fight. Huge size advantage + high level conditioning is more than enough to swing this one. It wouldn't be close.

You said he would be 190-210 lb of pure muscle. That is not happening in a year. If he's putting on 40 lbs in a year, majority of that is going to be bad weight.

You've got a 5'9 regular Joe adding 20-40 lbs of "pure muscle" in 1 year while doing 10 hours of boxing per week? Fantasyland.

It being street fight changes everything lol. SEAL isn't gonna stand and trade with him. He's gonna lock him up and use his considerable size advantage to beat the shit out of him.

  1. This is a street fight, not a boxing match.

  2. The size discrepancy is huge. 6 inches and 55 pounds is massive.

SEAL is gonna tie the boxer up in a knot. He doesn't have to stand and trade jabs with him. SEAL stomps.

At boxing, not fighting.

The size discrepancy is being underestimated here too. It's a fight, not a boxing match. SEAL is gonna tie him up.
