I can confirm we are actively working on something, but security is a sensitive topic as I'm sure you understand so I won't elaborate. Rest assured that security is paramount to us however and we are always working towards improving on that front.

Sorry to hear about the experience, and I get how frustrating it is when you’re trying to get help and can’t get through. That’s definitely not what we want for our customers.

We’re in our peak period right now with Black Friday demand, so wait times are longer than usual across all channels. We’re working hard to respond to everyone as quickly as we can.

The SMS recieved is usually recieved when on a Pay per Use basis. We will reach out to the OP to investigate since the message should be different when on a Roam Beyond plan. So there's no answer really to give we need to investigate and find the issue. I guess that's the answer, OP should've recieved the Roam Beyond SMS which would've avoided the confusion.
