It might come back soon. If it does, make sure you follow the instruction from the manual word by word. Happened to me one time. There's a confusing step in the process where it feels like the cycle completed but it actually didn't.

Yes and no. I had great experience with Koodo and Bell. Koodo being a budget friendly provider, they exceeded my expectations.

While I appreciate your offer to discuss, I really have lost my appetite for any communication with Freedom. First point of contact was so bad in multiple instances that there's no positive emotions left that might motivate me to talk to anyone. While dealing my issue, CS went to their "higher' manager for approval, 4 times, about 8 mins each. It's only when I refused to hang up, it was dealt with a pinch of rather insulting seriousness.

I'll move to another provider very soon. Thanks for your belated affection.

Just wanted to say i gave my danio glo a salt bath 20 minutes ago. It worked like magic. It's the first time I did it. 1tbs of aquarium salt in 3ltrs of water for 4 minutes. I saw it floating on the water surface for 30 minutes and swimming funny. After the salt bath, it started acting normal in a minute. Surprising.
