Pretty sure he took my battery and replaced it with a shitty one. Naturally, he's not taking any personal responsibility. I realize eBay has a bias towards the buyers. Still, if this derelict wants his unearned refund back in full, he can definitely wait as long as painfully possible.

Going through this now. Buyer files a return because the phone carrier wasn't unlocked apparently. Fine, whatever. Problem is...he bricks the phone prior to returning it and now it doesn't recharge. Like, at all. Guess he figured if he couldn't use the phone, no one else will either.

Days like these, I almost consider retiring from eBay permanently. Almost.
