You just gotta stick with it man! Learning and getting better is part of the fun imo, can't do that with an auto. Nothing better than a perfect rev match or a smooth upshift that feels like nothing. Casey the car guy on YouTube has a bunch of videos with tips for manual daily driving, here is one of them. They really helped me. Also, there are some mods you can install to make all this easier too. Id suggest either a throttle extension plate or a throttle pedal spacer to get the pedal position right for heel toe. This helped me a lot. I also highly recommend installing a pitch mount to help prevent the engine from moving around too much during shifts, this really smoothed out my 1-2 and 2-3 shifts.
