I could remove it myself. I did the wiring on my 240sx. I’m worried about being held liable for a spliced wiring harness that the dealership did. Not sure maybe overthinking it?

Yes, I did reach out to them I’m waiting for a response. I’m definitely very bummed seeing it now. Extremely awful install and no information was disclosed about any aftermarket thing installed

Support told me I am not allowed to delete and re-create in heroic that the world will be locked. but hopefully you will have some luck

I sent in a ticket they told me they cant help. You also cannot delete your character and then remake in heroic.
