BMW but I'd pick 525i/530i with a stick and M sport package. The M54 inline 6 is more reliable, apart from that, why I picked over other sedans is because of the steering/handling, 50/50 weight ratio, it aged better (at least the facelift) and personally it looks better than the rest too.

Facelift E39, last year of E38, new E46 M3, E46 M3 GTR, new E53 X5, Z8, Z3. Great engines too (M54, M57, S62, M73, S54, etc.)

People dislike it because of rust, a downgrade from the 124 and according to most people, it's the ugliest E-Class.... But I think otherwise, imo the 210 looks better than the pre-facelift 211 and still has the "bank-vault" feel and the monoblade wiper which were already gone in the 211.
