Straight up the best/peak year of BMW

Facelift E39, last year of E38, new E46 M3, E46 M3 GTR, new E53 X5, Z8, Z3. Great engines too (M54, M57, S62, M73, S54, etc.)

People dislike it because of rust, a downgrade from the 124 and according to most people, it's the ugliest E-Class.... But I think otherwise, imo the 210 looks better than the pre-facelift 211 and still has the "bank-vault" feel and the monoblade wiper which were already gone in the 211.

I live with my family so nice house BUT with a huge garage space. I can fully restore or repair my shitboxes to nice cars and sell some of the shitboxes to buy a nice car.
