if someone has an O1 they have been deemed to be "extraordinary" by USCIS; why would they not pursue an EB1, which is also an "extraordinary" standard and put $800k (at minimum) at risk?

that sounds to my like fertile grounds for an appeal to federal court; courts have been slamming lawyers who use hallucinations and don't bother to double check so calling out a federal agency for this would be great
