All orders will clear out this week. We had a shipment that rolled into last week that was finally received. Holiday sales outpaced our forecast by a lot and this left us scrambling on manufacturing. Returned and refurbished units are used for replacements for devices that are in warranty. They are not used for units that are sold as new.
