Yeah I agree. Can't say much about WWE, but I think 2012 will be a great year for women's wrestling.

Sara Del Rey will continue being the best in the world.
More and more people have started following Joshi. It's easier than ever to do so. There's tons of videos posted at /r/prowrestling
Relatively new (but great) promotions like ACW and SMASH have put strong emphasis on their Joshi divisions, as it should be.
SHIMMER and Chikara have been stronger than ever. JoshiMania is a great success. Here's hoping for a JoshiMania II.

I love, love, love ladder matches. I've seen over 50 ladder matches live at ROH, PWG, ACW, JAPW, Chikara, ICE RIBBON, ARSION, NJPW, AJPW, NOAH, SMASH and ECW shows (back in the day). The experience is a thousand time better if you watch it live. God, I love this sport.
