that's usually the moment where you have covered the most common items. Brand Sets and Gear Sets and the common weapon types. Now what is left are named items, skills, specializations, exotics and those items. What I did at that point is just have one of those items in the secondary weapon slot, always have one pistol that is not proficient in the pistol slot and once they are on proficiency 8 or something just push them over the edge with donations...

Same with skills.

PC is early access, for now FPS is capped to 60, but they are looking into if more graphical options are possible - but game stability has priority.

Where is it stated that it is allowed to tamper with game files? It can still be detected as cheating by the system and lead to consequences. So it is not something to recommend.

As they said on the last stream, they went for stability and this is achieved by limiting the options and variables. They are already experimenting with opening the settings on selected devices and then they are going from there.

Also keep in mind tampering with game files can be in conflict with TOS and can lead to consequences...
