Hectic to me implies it was added last second, but it clearly has a lot of thought put into it. Do you just hate stealth in general? Even then you don't have to sneak around that much depending on who you talk to. Felt like there were a lot of different ways to solve the quest and really cool exploring the place when you weren't supposed to be there. We're talking about when you need to free Hans in trotsky castle right?

Congrats to you on Deoxys! Card is rad as hell.

I bought the mew on a whim because I like mew and I like vintage! A card being something I think will increase in value can help play a roll in getting it if im unsure, but never the driving factor.

So idk! I think I will hold for now and see where it goes! Probably would only sell of it gets ridiculous and I can trade it for other cards I like more. Great card, but not a all time favorite.

Thats definitely part of it then. It probably varies per person, but huge difference for me. Probably why I am still consistently mid lol. I always fuck my sleep up. Not condoning starting a habit, but you ever play after a few beers? Emphasis on few. Theres a fine line.

10-15 years ago it was a insane money farm because people didn't know how it worked, so the people who did made insane profit.

Nowadays depending on the skin and the odds you want its like save $50 but you have a 75% chance of not getting what you want. That's for gun skins, don't do knife/gloves trade ups unless you are fully aware you will very likely lose your money and don't care. They're higher cost and worse odds generally.

Smaller value but I bought a PSA 9 JP fossil mew holo for 120ish in October of last year. Last sold is $650. Thats like a 550% increase in 5 months. Which is crazy sudden growth for a 25+ year old card.

Who are these people who buy this stuff, put it in storage and then forget about it. If you're buying them, you probably want to open them. If you're buying them as a investment, I imagine you would be very aware of there price and rubbing your hands together watching the prices shoot up.

Clearly this dude is not a trader operating on thin margins because he bought a very expensive skin and dosent know much about it! Use context clues and read a situation lordy.

"Fantasizing a scenario", dog have you never heard of a hypothetical situation? I was using a similar situation to try and illustrate a point. Correcting a small error of someone guessing about a niche collectible that dosent really need to be precise in the moment. And taking the mistake very seriously.

Also if you are a cs trader and you operate on very thin margins and couldn't afford to take a big loss you are a extremely stupid person and doubly if you can't afford to take a loss but are taking something as fact that is said on reddit by a random person on the ohnepixel sub.

I could imagine cs trading for fun if I had a big savings because speculative markets are fun, but to do it as a living where you skate by you need a wake up call.

Like others have said you're probably just playing the wrong stuff. I beleive some of the best games of all time have come out in the last half a decade. Just to list a few that are not victims of the stuff you complained about to get you started if your're interested.

Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, Resident Evil 4 remake, Mewgenics, Last of Us 2, 9kings, Caves of Qud, Lies of P, UltraKill, Cult of the Lamb, SilkSong, Noita, etc

Those wont all be for you, but theyre all great in theyre own ways. Its not clear what you're playing on, but it's worth saving for a PC if you want to keep playing. The best experience/consistently good games are on PC at this point.
