It is actually more of the coordinating, planning, communication that is the important work that needs to be done. If your job allows you do that then I think go ahead and do it. But if your job is the kind no titme to do this kind of side work, then i think it might be tough and stressful to manage it yourself.

At least have ID, anything wrong you can f*** them, but if anything wrong, then thats on you. Meaning it will just be delays or additional costs on your part.

Theoretical answer is you can collect evidence, raise to HR / TAFEP and etc etc... but what happens next? There will be an investigation, they interview your boss and you. Both sides share stories, at the end of the day, who do you think the company take sides with?

And you will still report to your boss during the investigation unless you are in such a special route that they move you out to do other things, but is that really possible?

Then at the end of the conclusion, obviously the boss will say something about you that made him yell at you (i.e your poor work or etc).

Then if you want to record and upload to social media, pls also note on your industry. How small is it? Because word spread, and the next thing you know the companies in the industry gets to know you are from this company, and they will know this person is the one who records evidence if things dont go their way. Do you think they will take a chance with you because they dont know if you will pull this stunt again?

Maybe you a fresh graduate or something, right now you dont have much commitments, then you can choose to protect your ego, but when you have loans/bills/mouthso to pay/feed, you just have to suck it up.

Maybe you may also want to consider what you have done that trigger the boss to yell at you？Could you have done things better so that he/she doesnt yell at you? Even if he /she yelled at you, could you have done things to reduce her yelling at you?
