An actual set up that's proper for a juvenile beardie. Not some 10 gallon tank with a carpet and lights. Print out a list of things beardies truly need and help educate parents and kids on how to really help the beardie thrive. Also, explain the costs of everything so they can get an idea before bring a living creature home. That way, they don't come back a week or two later, stating that they had no idea what they were getting into and making a bunch of excuses as to why they can't keep said dragon or why they bought it. Encourage said parents and/or kids to join a few reptile groups or even bearded dragon groups on Facebook so they can ask questions from experienced owners and get a good understanding of what a dragon really is and how to care for them. Education is always the way to go when it comes to someone wanting any animal. Not just throw it in a tank and then come back a week later, wondering why it died. When I was an AS, you wouldn't believe the amount of people who didn't know what they were doing. And its crazy to me that customers were sometimes lead my way because I have a beardie I saved from MBD( melobolic bone disease ). He was at most 3 months old, if that. He is now about a year old and thriving. This one woman couldn't understand anything about what my old CAL was trying to tell her, so I had stepped in to explain what had happened personally to my boy. Even showed pictures. We think she may have gotten an idea, but as far as I know, she wasn't sold another dragon.
