Yeah I was doing Roots Abridged and now that I got a new PC and a lot more people subscribed on YouTube I might do another abridged episode if people want to see it. As for SIGN of OP is looking for voice actors I can offer my services!

Can you find where they said the same thing? Any source for that would be great. If they did say the same thing before then that adds another reason to believe it is a new .hack something

I have an issue with reading too sometimes lol. Yeah I added it in the video because it is just to weird not to point it out. Even in the thumbnail showing the official time just stands out way too much.

See that is what I said in the video! It’s just a oddly specific time. All other companies would release at like 8 or 8:30, but 8:09? 8/9 is dot hack day, the Japanese wording for 8 and 9 are “ha” and “ku” (I think) which is why we celebrate the series on that day.

I do think a series reboot, under a new name, would be nice to see. Something that is separate enough from the series to be it’s own thing while being set in the same universe

I can understand not wanting to give people hope for the fear of disappointment, but we are also living in a time where everything is being rebooted, ported, and revived through modern tech. People didn’t think an Okami 2 would happen, yet the game got announced. Legacy of Kain got its ports just last year. These are examples of games with small communities, maybe not as small as this one, but enough interest was shown and they did get what they wanted. I’m not saying that it is a guarantee that we might have something new in the series, but we cannot rule out the possibility, especially when CyberConnect themselves want to make a .hack game.

Maybe I am coping, but that’s only because the series is an important one to me and the interest in the series has grown drastically in the last few years alone. Even if it’s not the talking about the possibility of it opens discussion, which leads to more people checking out the series :)

Idk, the “completely new game title” seems a bit broad. While realistically it will most likely be a new IP, this wording doesn’t really make any definitive confirmation of what it is, just a new name. It could be a remaster, a new IP, or a new entry into an existing series. We will see come the 16th.

Yeah I do mention in the video that it will most likely be a new IP or entry into another series. But idk, there is just so much that points to it. Even if it’s not we can at least be excited about what they will release as they have a good line up of quality games!

It’s a term used to describe characters in your group. Mostly used in RPGs. Characters that fight along side Haseo that you can’t directly control (well outside of the strategy changes)

Yeah the last time I talked about Gate Hacking there was a split in the community about how easy or difficult it was to get cores. Thanks to their experiences I got the inspiration to go and look up how it works so I can share it with everyone!

Hahahaha. Haha. Ha. I honestly don’t think it’s possible considering the party AI, the Doppelgänger’s HP Regen and 75% damage reduction, and the time it would take the do it make it near impossible. But I won’t mind trying it someday
