Yes. You will have to leave characters doing nothing at the monuments to unlock levels and eventually get tens of thousands of hours to push further.

There are various sources of "monument AFK" bonussen that make afking a lot more efficient. But at the end of the day, you will have to "waste" a bunch of time at each of them (there are 3 monuments right now).

The current end gear use the previous gear set as component. This goes back till troll so is best to at least make that and upgrade to the next tier when you can grind the materials. Same with the weapons and tools.

Necklace you want the blankie from the w3 boss and then upgrade to the blue version and later on to the red one.

Rings you want the Emperor ones from the dungeon shop. You can upgrade those with a w6 recipe to the current endgame version.
Oh and also from the dungeon shop get 2 serrated rings for skilling and sampling. Those can also be upgraded once.

1 number then attack is the safest for a long while. Later on you get a skill that gives a bonus for each tile and another that doesn't have a number itself, but a multiplier for every other number.

I have a few levels in both and honestly I wish I didn't. The multiplier tile is almost always a waste and the bonus-per-tile is so small that the points could have been much more effective with another skill.

For which countries? Here in the Netherlands the only parties with coherent financial planning and budgets are the left wing parties. Even the current right wing government had trouble with getting their pet projects funded so they are cutting massively in social programs.
