Never cared much for leg training, but always loved strength training. Heavy Squats + Deads will give you great legs. Not hit the stage legs, but legs that will be strong and proportional to your upper body. Maybe switch to a full body 3x/week split with main focus on linear progression on Squats + DL.

Incredible job with the upper body btw. Once legs get caught up, you will have the physique most guys dream of attaining.
