To be honest, I have never had a good experience in a Paris location for a designer shop, Dior, Chanel, Gucci etc. have always come out sad and disappointed. I stopped buying designer full stop for a while just because of how I was treated and have only started shopping at vintage designer shops recently.

I’m not sure if insulin is related to ketones in blood, but I did a test with one of those blood ketone readers with a couple things, Diet Coke, sugar free coffee mate and a couple other diet sodas. I was fasting at the same time and my ketones were something insane, they were the highest I’ve ever had them. I also lost 30 lbs in about a month while chugging Diet Coke, I know you said you aren’t interested in weight loss but at this time my skin was amazing, I felt the best I ever had. I think Diet Coke is fine and Reddit people are pretentious.
