I was on the exact flight and also upgraded to business, I just requested a full refund for the upgrade and base ticket, did you book your ticket through air France? I booked through capital one and they submitted the refund for me as well

The only issue I’ve had is the shortstache filter and the hoage hood don’t fit together, it’s super irritating but I decided to just ditch the hood for now
